Learning how to power nap is vital - at home and at work. Bev believes that every office should have a power nap room where employees are able to lie on the floor and nap for 20 minutes sometime during the day. These little naps rejuvenate us to continue with clarity for the rest of the days work and for energy to fetch kids, for homework and other after-work activities. Bev usually includes power naps at Get-Aways, talks, and workshops.
